Deb Rice

Deb Rice holds a M.A in Christian Leadership, B.A. in Business Administration, and is a CCE Board Certified life and leadership coach. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with over 30 years of executive HR and organizational development experience. Deb serves on the leadership team of Adoring Christ Ministries, helping guide ministry development. Additionally, she is an Assistant Professor at Cairn University and principal owner of Missional Movement International. Deb is the developer of Missional LIFE Model™ and Missional LIFE Journal, resources used in her private consulting and coaching practice. She resides in Missouri and is grateful to be a wife, mom, and grandma.
