Healthy Habits: Everyday Rhythms for Real Transformation.

We’re thrilled to announce the theme for this year’s EquipHer Conference! In 2026, we’ll be exploring what it looks like to pursue Healthy Habits: Everyday Rhythms for Real Transformation.

Faithful in Little Today, Fruitful in Much Tomorrow
“One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much.”
— Luke 16:10

Life is full of routines—but not all rhythms lead to peace, joy, and purpose. Too often, we end up weary, stretched thin, or caught in perfectionism. This year, we’ll step back together and discover how everyday habits can become pathways to lasting transformation in Christ.

EquipHer exists to do more than encourage—it equips women to live with clarity and strength so they can impact the people in their homes, churches, workplaces, and other communities.

We can’t wait to welcome you! Scroll down to explore the workshops, schedule, and details—and don’t miss information about our Teen Conference, happening that same evening.

  • The Heart Behind the Habits

    Speaker: Kori de Leon

Our culture is full of messages about self-improvement: fix your schedule, eat clean, optimize your life. But many of us still end up weary, stretched thin, and wondering what it’s all really for. The Bible reminds us that “above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it” (Proverbs 4:23). Real change doesn’t begin with another to-do list—it begins with a transformed heart.

In this keynote, we’ll cast a bigger vision for healthy habits—not as rules to follow, but as rhythms that shape the kind of women we’re becoming. Together we’ll explore what it means to release perfectionism, reorder priorities, and make space for what truly matters. The good news is that lasting strength doesn’t come from our own effort: “It is not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,” says the Lord (Zechariah 4:6). Whether you’re new to faith, curious about God, or have walked with Him for years, you’ll find both encouragement and practical tools for living with greater peace, purpose, and freedom.

Keynote: The Power of Everyday Rhythms

    Speaker: Coming Soon

Big changes in life rarely happen overnight—they’re built one small step at a time. The Bible reminds us that faithfulness in the little things leads to fruit that lasts (Luke 16:10), and modern research confirms what Scripture has always shown: our daily patterns shape who we become. This keynote will help you see how small, intentional habits can grow into lasting rhythms of grace. You’ll leave encouraged and equipped with practical tools you can apply in whatever area of life God is calling you to grow.
