Faithful in Little Today, Fruitful in Much Tomorrow
“One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much.”
— Luke 16:10

This year, we’re diving into the theme: Healthy Habits: Everyday Rhythms for Real Transformation. Life can feel overwhelming—between school, sports, friendships, and constant pressures from culture, it’s easy to run on empty. But what if the choices you make every day—small habits, little rhythms—could actually shape who you become and the impact you have on others? Together, we’ll discover how God can transform our routines into rhythms that bring peace, confidence, and strength, equipping you to live with purpose and shine your faith in a world that desperately needs it.

  • Keynote 1: The Heart Behind the Habits

    Speaker: Kori de Leon

Every habit you build is like a brick in the foundation of your future. The small choices you make each day—how you spend your time, what you give your attention to, and the priorities you set—are shaping the kind of person you’re becoming. Habits aren’t about trying harder or checking boxes; they’re about creating space to grow into the person God designed you to be and equipping you to reach the goals He’s placed in your heart.

In this keynote, we’ll slow down and focus on the why behind your habits—the heart that drives what you do. Instead of running on pressure and perfectionism, you’ll be invited to see your rhythms as a way to live free, steady, and purposeful. This message will help you discover that the transformation you long for doesn’t start with chasing routines; it starts with a heart surrendered to God and rhythms that flow from His love.

Keynote 2: Everyday Rhythms That Stick

    Speaker: Coming Soon

If the first keynote helps you understand the why, this one gives you the how. Big change rarely happens in one huge leap—it’s built one small, intentional choice at a time. In this session, you’ll learn simple tips and tools for developing habits in your body, mind, and spirit that actually work in real life.

We’ll talk about how to set yourself up for success, make habits easier to stick with, and create rhythms that fit who you are and the season you’re in. Whether it’s managing your time, caring for your mental health, or making space for God, you’ll walk away with practical strategies you can use right away. This keynote will equip you with the confidence to build rhythms that last and help you become the person God is calling you to be.

  • At EquipHer Teens, you’ll get to choose one workshop to attend when you register:

Rooted: Building Habits That Grow Your Relationship with God

Life can feel loud—full of pressure, distractions, and questions about who you are and what really matters. What if faith wasn’t something you just tried harder at, but something that actually helped you feel grounded and close to God? In this session, you’ll learn simple, everyday habits that help you connect with Him, find peace that lasts, and build a faith strong enough to hold up in real life.

Finding Your I AM in Prayer

Have you ever noticed how your prayers reveal what you believe about yourself and about God? In this session, you’ll discover how prayer helps you find the great I AM—and understand who He says you are in Him. When your prayers flow from the truth of who He is and who He’s made you to be, they become filled with peace, confidence, and power.

Rhythms of Fellowship: Finding Your People & Flourishing Together

Everyone wants real friends—the kind who see you, support you, and help you grow. In this session, you’ll discover how authentic friendships can shape who you become and how faith changes the way we show up for each other. You’ll leave with practical tools to build strong, healthy friendships and create rhythms of connection that help you and your friends flourish—no matter where you are in your faith journey.

Steady in the Storm: Building Habits for Emotional Health

Life can feel like a storm—school stress, friend drama, family expectations, and thoughts that won’t slow down. In this session, you’ll learn simple, everyday rhythms that help you calm your mind and guard your heart through God’s truth. You’ll leave with biblical tools to find peace in Christ when emotions feel overwhelming.
